Therapy

A safe space to understand, process and heal.

Sometimes moving forward requires more than insight or coaching. Therapy offers a confidential space to explore experiences that continue to affect emotional wellbeing, relationships, confidence and day-to-day life.

  • Trauma-informed and person-centred
  • EMDR where appropriate
  • Pace shaped around safety and readiness

Approach

How I work

My approach is trauma-informed and person-centred, drawing on my professional therapeutic experience together with evidence-informed practice.

Where deeper therapeutic processing is appropriate, EMDR may form part of the work.

Therapy is not about forcing you to relive your story. The pace and focus are shaped around safety, readiness and your individual needs.

What therapy may support

  • Childhood trauma, neglect and abuse
  • Trauma and post-traumatic stress
  • Anxiety, overwhelm and emotional triggers
  • Low self-worth and shame
  • Relationship and attachment difficulties
  • Bereavement, loss and significant life events
  • Workplace stress, burnout and high-pressure roles
  • Identity, confidence and major life transitions

Only areas supplied by the client are listed. No conditions or diagnoses have been added.
